coffee moment

sitting outside
listening ~
a trickling creek
after the snow
the sound was soothing
as i sipped my coffee
sitting in the sun after the snow
a peaceful time
took me away
i could see the smooth large pebbles
water stream through the crevices of between
~
the comfort and the parralles i can find in the city
so the big rusty grated drain were the pebbles in my mind
it soothed me none the less
